Parenting Parents face many challenges in raising their children to be safe, happy and well adjusted individuals. They seek to help them learn to communicate their emotions in non-violent and effective ways, particularly when faced with conflict and frustrations. Parents may find it helpful to learn new ways of managing their children’s behaviour, particularly when their children have special needs such as in the case of neurodivergent children. In addition, many parents benefit from improving their skills with not only communicating with their children, but managing their own frustrations and anger in the face of their children’s problematic behaviour.
